Christmas is a date known all over the world. Some say its origins are pagan, as it celebrated the winter solstice; others say it’s Christian, as it commemorates the birth of Christ.
The fact is that, ultimately, the change of year, the winter solstice, or the arrival of Jesus is celebrated everywhere in the world.
Personally, I think the best thing about it is that we find a special gift for some people and spend time with them.
Lately, gifts are taking center stage at the holiday, and I find it a bit embarrassing since what I enjoy most is being with people who aren’t usually the ones I spend the most time with each year.
We’re increasingly living in more fragmented families, and that’s why we’re so distant.
In our showroom, we make more appointments for which we prepare some decorations.
One we reuse is some amazing paper origami. My partner and my children made them at home.
I like having them because, besides being beautiful, I think they truly represent the spirit of Libertad Avenue.
They’re made of paper, they don’t pollute.
They’re handmade, not made in a loveless factory in the East.
They’re timeless, they never go out of style.
They’re unique; it’ll be very difficult to find anything like them.
I’m leaving you some links about Christmas and origami in case you’re interested.
